Installation Instructions:

• PEEL – Label covering adhesive
• PLACE – Inside LID at desired position using adjustable V-SLITS
• STICK – Firmly press along the edges and main area of NoSweat
• TRASH – After activity or when NoSweat becomes fully saturated
• REPLACE – Before next activity or as needed
